Ai Hua joined Johnson & Johnson more than 25 years ago with a desire to make a difference to the lives of patients. Today, she oversees a team of more than 7,000 employees who deliver pharmaceutical innovation in Australia, China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, New Zealand and Taiwan.

She began her healthcare career as a product specialist with Johnson & Johnson Medical in 1991 before progressing to leadership roles in pharmaceuticals and medical devices while residing in Singapore, China and the USA. In her previous position, Ai Hua was President of J&J Southeast Asia where she implemented J&J?s first one-company enterprise business model.

Ai Hua holds a BSc in Microbiology and Biochemistry and an MBA from the National University of Singapore. She is an advocate for women in leadership, a committed volunteer for charitable causes, a council member for the Singapore Dover Park Hospice, and serves on the Boards of the Singapore Management University Lee Kong Chian School of Business and the DesignSingapore Council.
