Dr. Boonwara Sumano Chenphuengpawn is Research Fellow with the Thailand Development Research Institute. She has worked extensively on research in issues of economic integration, political economy, liberal economic policies, liberalization of trade and services, trade and investment laws, labour markets and others. Dr. Boonwara has a PhD in Politics and International Relations from the University of London. Her thesis was on Explaining the liberalisation of professional migration in ASEAN. She has a Master of International Affairs from the Australian National University and a Bachelor of Arts (International Affairs) from Thammasat University.
