Bruno Roche is an economist, speaker, businessman and author. He is the founder and leader of the Economics of Mutuality ? a new school of thought and a disruptive model for business performance designed to transform business at the core, enhancing performance by meeting critical social & environmental needs.  

He served as the Chief Economist of Mars, incorporated between 2006 and 2020. In that position he led Catalyst, a global thought leadership capability and internal corporate think tank to Mars which has been the laboratory for the Economics of Mutuality since 2006. 

He co-created the Economics of Mutuality Labs at the business schools of Oxford University and Shanghai (CEIBS); he serves as an expert to the World Economic Forum and is a visiting lecturer in different universities. He co-authored the book, ?Completing Capitalism: Heal Business to Heal the World? in 2018 which has been translated in China by Citic Press in 2018 and ?The Economics of Mutuality: Putting Purpose into Practice? which will be published by Oxford University Press in 2020.

In 2020, he launched with the support of Mars, incorporated the Economics of Mutuality foundation,  a global public interest foundation operating from Geneva, Switzerland with a strategic consultancy arm ? designed to share the Economics of Mutuality with like-purposed organizations (in business, finance and management schools)

His education and doctoral research interests followed an applied maths path with a specialization in international economics & finance and management sciences.
