Caitlin Littleton is Regional Programme Officer- Care and Health at HelpAge International Asia Pacific Regional Office in Chiang Mai. A public health professional by training she has increasingly focused on health and ageing, and long-term care in particular while continuing to support the work of HelpAge across core thematic areas including social protection, care and health, disaster risk reduction and humanitarian response, community-based organisations for older people, and populating ageing and its implications.  HelpAge works in collaboration with HelpAge network partners and other actors focusing on ageing towards ensuring that older people can lead dignified, active, healthy and secure lives. This work includes policy advocacy, knowledge and research development, community-based programmes and strengthening the voice of older people to be involved in policy change which effects them.
