Colin is an economist by training, and holds a Master Degree in Applied Economics (Public Policy) from the University of Adelaide. Colin has served two years in the Singapore Military as a mandatory requirement, and has extensive engagement with civil-military coordination. Colin has worked in the Humanitarian sector directly or indirectly since 2012 and was involved in academic research, emergency relief operations, Supply Chain optimisation consulting projects, and capacity strengthening for Non-Governmental Organisations (NGOs). Prior to joining HELP Logistics as a regional director, Colin was the head of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) at a global sports media property, driving regional strategy and also took on key responsibilities in the commercial team to drive revenue and manage clients.
