Diana is an experienced development practitioner with expertise in financial services, financial education, gender, communication campaigns and digital innovation. Diana oversees strategy and new program development in the Asia region, including Cambodia, Indonesia, Nepal, Myanmar and the Philippines. She also leads Good Return?s work as Network Convenor for the Frontier Brokers - a network of 7 impact investment firms funded by DFAT to stimulate capital to social enterprises in Asia-Pacific. Diana has provided technical assistance to financial institutions, government agencies, NGOs, microfinance associations, incubators/accelerators and multilaterals such as the World Bank and the Asian Development Bank.

Prior to Good Return, Diana worked for the Australian Federal Government, where she received an Australia Day Medallion for contribution to digital innovation.
