Dickson spent more than 16 years serving in senior positions of, and advising leading non-profit organisations to maximize impact at community and national levels. Dickson has a keen eye for the strategy, scalability and sustainability of philanthropic programmes.

Prior to serving the non-profit sector, Dickson spent 10 years in engineering, developing strategic investments and exclusive equipment distributorships across Asia.

Dickson is an active church volunteer for over 35 years. Trained in professional fundraising for non-profit organisations, Dickson also volunteers regularly to train and mentor charity fundraisers in strategic fundraising.
