Dini Indrawati Septiani is an ecosystem architect and builder who designs trusted systems that connect capital, policy, and partnerships to accelerate sustainable development across Asia.
As Executive Director, Special Projects at AVPN, she oversees a portfolio spanning innovative finance, corporate social investment, policy engagement, and ecosystem building. She also serves as Secretariat Lead of the ASEAN CSR Working Group, for which AVPN is the mandated Secretariat under the ASEAN Business Advisory Council (ASEAN-BAC), convening regional stakeholders and facilitating the co-development of the ASEAN CSR & Corporate Social Investment Framework.

Beyond AVPN, Dini serves as Chairwoman of the Indonesian Social Entrepreneurs Network (JWSI), leading the establishment of Indonesia’s first Social Enterprise Registry to strengthen trust, visibility, and investment readiness across the country’s social enterprise ecosystem. She is also a PhD candidate in Strategic Management at Universitas Indonesia, where her research focuses on building ecosystem infrastructure that enables trust, collaboration, and sustainable impact. She is an Eisenhower Fellow and an Obama Foundation Asia-Pacific Leader.

Outside of her professional work, Dini is an IRONMAN 70.3 athlete and an Abbott World Marathon Majors Six Star Finisher, reflecting her belief that endurance, discipline, and long-term commitment are essential to creating lasting impact.
