Elaine Kim is the Co-Founder of CRIB, a social enterprise that empowers women to become successful entrepreneurs through networking opportunities, business matching, and professional development.  She is a medical doctor, serial entrepreneur and an experienced angel investor. A member of the Business Families Institute (BFI@SMU), Elaine is also the CEO of Trehaus, an integrated co-lifestyle space for families in Funan with a preschool and childcare, office space and family club.

Elaine is an ambassador for SNOW (Say "No" to the Oppression of Women"), a UN Women initiative, and has led awareness-building and fundraising initiatives for causes that support patients with cancer, the terminally ill, and which protect at-risk children from trafficking and abuse. Elaine was also selected as a Young Global Leader (YGL) by the World Economic Forum. She is married to venture capitalist John Kim, the managing partner of Amasia VC, a cross-border venture capital firm. They have 3 young sons.
