Felicia Heng is the Executive Director of the Family Business Network (FBN) in Asia. Globally, the network represents more than 12,000 members from over 3,500 multigenerational family businesses in 65 countries. She also concurrently oversees the AITIA Family Business Academy.

Through research, capacity building and learning programmes, the Family Business Network and Academy collaborate with members on strategies for addressing the complex interaction between family, business and governance dilemmas that can accompany significant wealth. This often has a significant impact on current and future generations. A key component of this work is comprehensive education. A significant
emphasis is also placed on engaging and preparing next generation family members for business, family and community leadership roles they may wish to hold.

Over the last 20 years, Felicia has held senior global, regional and country roles in bluechip MNCs spanning banking, logistics, and pharmaceuticals. She has collaborated with C-suite global executives, senior leadership teams, HNW clients and next generation talent on strategies for maximizing individual potential, strategic business planning, leadership transitions and leveraging intellectual and social capital for stewardship.

Felicia’s background in business management, psychology, executive coaching, and succession planning. She holds certifications in Family Wealth Advising, Executive Coaching and postgraduate degrees in Occupational Psychology and Technology Management.
