Katsura Tsuno has been with Johnson & Johnson since 2000 and currently serves as an Executive Director for Asia Pacific, Global Community Impact (GCI). As a member of the Johnson & Johnson GCI Team, Ms. Tsuno is responsible for philanthropic grant making in 15 countries throughout Asia Pacific region, that is invested in over 40 philanthropic programs to benefit healthcare system strengthening, women empowerment, elderly care, and most prominently, saving the lives of mothers and babies. Working closely with business leaders and cross-sector contributions team of local Johnson & Johnson Operating Companies in the region, Ms. Tsuno addresses broad healthcare needs that are identified from local standpoint. 

Ms. Tsuno also manages disaster relief work in the region. She has led the company?s response to the Indian Ocean Tsunami in 2004, Pakistan Earthquake in 2005, Sichuan Earthquake in 2008 & 2013, East Japan Earthquake and Tsunami in 2011, Typhoon Haiyan in 2013, and other natural disasters serving both immediate relief and long-term rehabilitation. 

Ms. Tsuno joined Johnson & Johnson after obtaining her Master of Public Health from Columbia University in New York, USA.
