She currently holds the positions of Executive Director at Social Impact Partners and co-founder of Time Capsule. Lillian has previously served as Chief Executive and Director at different local charities and social enterprises. Before her involvement in the social impact sector, she held management and marketing roles in retail and manufacturing. Lillian’s expertise extends beyond her professional experience, as she has also contributed as a committee/board member, judge, and mentor for organizations and programs focusing on social innovation, business, and youth development.
