Lauren joined Johnson & Johnson in 2015 as Vice President, Global Community Impact. She has held leadership roles in Corporate Social Innovation, Corporate Social Responsibility, and Philanthropic efforts at eBay Inc (2009-2015) and Starbucks Coffee Company (2000-2008). Prior to her work in Corporate Social Responsibility, she held leadership roles with several NGOs. Lauren is a member of the Aspen Institute's Business and Society Leaders Forum, the Clinton Global Initiative, and the GOOD Corps/Lab. She is a member of the Cornerstone Capital Global Advisory Council. Lauren has held Board and Officer roles with Philanthropy Northwest, Seattle Arts & Lectures, Association for Corporate Philanthropy Professionals, the Conference Board's Corporate Contributions Council, and a number of councils and working groups.
