Lynda has over 15 years of commercial experience with a background in retail, IT and consultancy in Asia. Working across market entry, new business development and commercial negotiation advisory functions, Lynda has expertise in business strategy development in APAC, change management as well as executive coaching. Prior to joining Mars in 2018, Lynda worked for a global negotiation consultancy, The Gap Partnership, in Hong Kong. Fluent in English and Mandarin, Lynda has delivered negotiation solutions across Asia to a range of Fortune 500 clients, specializing in the FMCG & Retail sectors. Before that, Lynda worked Best Buy, where she was responsible for the APAC regional market entry of their Exclusive Brands business, and for Dell China as a project management advisor in their global consumer business. Lynda is a native Chinese and currently based in Hong Kong. She has an M.Litt. in International Business from the University of St Andrews (UK), and a MBA from Said Business School at University of Oxford (UK). Lynda is also a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) by Project Management Institute (US). Lynda is responsible for the development of Economics of Mutuality Movement in Asia Pacific region.
