I am Margaret Rose, hailing from Bengaluru, a B.Sc Graduate. My life till mid-twenties was wonderful amidst 9 siblings and loving parents. God is the center of our lives. Then all of a sudden, in the prime of my youth and a lucrative job, due to stress in personal life, I became sick. I was bedridden for almost 3 years, the worst period of my life. I had lost all interest to live. But the spiritual, emotional and financial support from my well-wishers helped me to bounce back to life. I had undergone surgeries on my knees and left hip and mobile again. But it is not completely normal life but I know I can live like a normal person with my God given abilities, confidence and courage.

I thought those 3 years of illness as the worst period of my life, but now I think it was the most perfect training God made me to undergo for my present job, Manager-Communication and Fund Raising, for people with disability. I know what disability is and how a little help/support can change their lives. More than a job, it’s my passion and feel happy to see the positive changes in people with disability. In my career I have always demonstrated initiative, focus, creativity and ability in planning and leading a team and thereby contributed much to enhance fund inflow, for the rehabilitation of challenged people. My effective external interface with Corporate CSR and HR Heads and various categories of volunteers and donors have also helped in this. 

I would like to bloom wherever I am planted by my creator and my focus in life is to be a source of comfort to those in trouble, with the comfort I myself have received from my well wishes chosen by God.
