Prior to joining YCAB, Mario worked as a Senior Consultant in the Strategy Execution Consulting Business Unit of Palladium, that was founded by Prof. Robert S. Kaplan and David P. Norton, the inventors of the Balanced Scorecard. He spent 5 years helping clients from public and private sectors in Singapore, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, and Myanmar. Previously to Palladium, he worked in a research and consulting firm, Frost & Sullivan, as a Strategic Account Manager and Consultant. Prior to joining Frost & Sullivan, Mario worked in PT Astra International Tbk. – Toyota, where he held various positions in the After Sales Service Division.

Mario has always been passionate about helping underprivileged children, as he came from a similar background. Mario encountered YCAB for the first time in 2014, when he became part of the consulting team that was helping YCAB refine its strategy, on a pro bono basis. He made the decision to join YCAB two years later as Chief Strategy Officer. His role encompasses strategy formulation and execution for YCAB Foundation and its Business Units to achieve the group’s vision in a sustainable way.

Mario gained a Bachelor Degree in Industrial Engineering from the Parahyangan Catholic University in Bandung, Indonesia.
