Monisha Hermans, a Singaporean national, is in the Global Innovative Financing team, based in Bangkok. She is an experienced professional with a strong background in nurturing partnerships, driving business development, and structuring facilities for the public and private sectors across Africa, Central Asia, Southeast Asia, and South Asia. Her expertise encompasses innovative financing methods, including debt financing, guarantees, and equity. She has previously worked with bilateral and multilateral financial institutions such as the Dutch Development Bank (FMO), International Finance Corporation (IFC), Asian Development Bank (ADB), and Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank (AIIB).

Monisha holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Nottingham (U.K.) and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Finance from the University of Strathclyde (U.K).
