Natasha holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce and a Post Graduate Certificate in  Development Management from the S.P. Jain Institute of Management and Research.  She has worked for 11 years with a child rights non-profit organization, which provided  education to children from urban and tribal marginalized communities, handling Donor  Relations, Finance and Administration. Currently, Natasha works as Manager – Donor  Relations with United Way Mumbai.  
Natasha's key focus has been conceptualizing and implementing strategies for resource  mobilization and communications. She has handled all aspects of fundraising – identification, cultivation, solicitation, acknowledgement and employee engagement
