As executive vice president of The Global Fund for Children, Neil Ghosh leads the organization’s strategy and innovation, as well as its development, communications, and marketing. Neil is a seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience helping to address gaps in economic growth, education, capacity building, and governance. He has convened and catalyzed corporate executives, government decision-makers, and world leaders to shape the agenda on youth and children, trade, education, technology, impact investing, and inclusive business. Prior to joining GFC, Neil served for nine years as the founding CEO of the North American affiliate of SNV, which addresses systemic poverty in 35 countries through specialist expertise in inclusive development, systemic change, local ownership, and contextualized solutions in several sectors, including agriculture, energy, water, sanitation, and hygiene. Neil also founded Youth Resound, which seeks to empower youth to address poverty, violent extremism, intolerance, and gender violence, and he currently serves as chair of its board.

Neil is a Certified Management Consultant with an MBA in international business and an MS in management information systems, and he has been featured in print, broadcast, and online media in the United States and abroad, including CNN, Devex, the Washington Post, the Huffington Post, and Stanford Social Innovation Review.
