Pratima works across Asia Pacific's diverse markets to build strong charitable partnerships by empowering minority and under resourced communities with access in technology & STEM Education. As well as evaluate the impact of Lenovo’s strategic charitable investments in Asia Pacific and increase employee engagement in alignment with the new global volunteer benefit.  

Pratima brings a wealth of experience with over 15 years in senior CSR roles at Reliance Capital Group, Nowrosjee Wadia & Sons (The Wadia Group), Credit Suisse, Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Standard Chartered Bank. She built the CSR function of Standard Chartered India from the ground up, leading to several of her initiatives being  integrated at the corporate level. 

Pratima is a subject matter expert in the areas of women empowerment, education, financial literacy, vocational training and healthcare. During her spare time, Pratima works with non-profit organizations linking them to avenues of fundraising and supporting them with developing communication strategies.
