Rainbow Wong joined The Hong Kong Jockey Club as the Deputy Executive Manager, Charities (Engagement) in 2022. Leading a dedicated team, she focuses on stakeholder engagement and implementing strategic initiatives to reinforce the Trust's recognition in social impact and thought leadership. Rainbow also oversees the Trust's signature events, including the "Philanthropy for Better Cities Forum," which brings together philanthropic and NGO leaders to exchange views and cultivate partnerships.

Rainbow began her career in public relations and arts management before transitioning to higher education and philanthropy. While serving at The University of Hong Kong, Rainbow spearheaded key strategic communications, institution advancement, and student engagement initiatives. She played a pivotal role in organizing the University’s major anniversary celebrations and significantly enhancing the Medical Faculty's brand visibility through innovative digital content strategy. Rainbow also served as the inaugural Senior Resident Tutor at Chi Sun College, HKU, curating experiential learning programmes for a diverse student body for a decade.

Rainbow holds an MFA in Arts & Event Management from the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts and a BBA in Marketing from The University of Hong Kong. She also received of the West Kowloon Cultural District Authority Fellowship in the HKU-Clore Advanced Cultural Leadership Programme.
