With over 8 years of experience in the social impact space, Rasikha has worked with a range of organisations in the impact ecosystem - intermediaries, philanthropists and policy makers. She specialises in creating M&E frameworks and has extensive experience in evaluating social welfare programmes. She has also served as an education policy consultant for a large Indian state to drive a whole-state education reform programme. She has also worked independently as an M&E consultant advising on program design for organisations such as SAVE, Amani Institute, CITIIS and Mithra Trust. She holds a Masters degree from Tata Institute of Social Sciences.

Rasikha brings with her a multi-sector approach to address pressing issues in the Indian development sector and at AVPN. She will be leading on the Policy Leadership Lab in India.

When she isn't busy thinking about frameworks and policy reform, Rasikha enjoys listening to podcasts and traveling.
