Raya is Founding Partner at Sagana, a global impact investing and advisory firm that focuses on Gender Smart Investing, Health, Education and Climate ? Food & Agriculture, Waste & Recycling and Sustainable Fashion. Prior to founding Sagana, Raya spent 10 years based in Singapore working across Asia. Her last role was Co-Head of LGT Venture Philanthropy Asia Pacific where she managed the investment portfolio. Raya has 20 years? experience in corporate finance and investing, including various roles with Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and Thomson Reuters.

She holds an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School and a B.S. in Systems Engineering from the University of Virginia.
