Rich is Co-Founder & CEO at Impact Hub Taipei, Former Vice Chair of 2nd National Youth Advisory Committee, Executive Yuan, Standing Supervisor of B Lab Taiwan and Co-Host at Fuckup Nights Taipei. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Japanese Language and Literature and International Relations at National Taiwan University. Before founding Impact Hub Taipei, he was a Sales Rep. in Medtronic, a Fortune 100 company, for 3 years.

He is a thinker, a content producer who pursues changes and sustainability. His passion is to enable and empower people to do good. He's quite passionate about starting new things and organization management. He also promotes the "United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)" at various events or occasions, hoping to influence more people through his enthusiasm.
