Shweta Bhardwaj is currently working at Johnson & Johnson as Associate Director, Global Policy since 1 April 2019. She is the Health policy lead in India, responsible for developing and executing strategy to further J&J enterprise objectives and Government Affairs & Policy (GA&P) platform priorities. 

Shweta joins Johnson & Johnson with more than a decade of diverse professional experience working with the Medtronic (most recently), the WHO Country Office for India, Family Health International 360, USAID and U.S. CDC (funded) projects, National AIDS Control Organization (NACO), Ministry of Health in India.

Shweta has MBA from Institute of Rural Management (IRMA), Anand and MSc in Global Health and Public Policy, from the University of Edinburgh (as a Commonwealth Scholar). She was recognized for outstanding leadership in Global Health by Stanford University, during the Women Leaders in Global Health Conference, 2017.Shweta has many publications in national and international peer-reviewed journals and has presented posters/presentations in several global health conferences and events.
