Surya comes with diverse experience in Impact Consulting, Public Policy Research & Advocacy and Monitoring & Evaluation. Prior to joining Creador Foundation, Surya was an Engagement Manager with Sattva Consulting working on advising clientele based on rigorous impact evaluations. Earlier, he worked as a Senior Policy Associate at J-PAL South Asia, where he engaged with multiple Indian state governments and Multilateral Institutions to scale up the Targeting the Hardcore Poor (THP) program. Surya holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from VNR VJIET, Hyderabad; and a Micromasters certificate in Data, Economics and Development Policy (MITx).
