Susi has over 30 years experience in running corporate for profit organisations and for the past 12 years in the NGO sector. Her knowledge and experience is extensive applying corporate strategies to the non-profit world to generate extensive funding.

She has worked as Development and Leadership Officer at Habitat for Humanity Asia Pacific and at the New Zealand Breast Cancer Foundation.

Susi has been the Chief Operating Officer at YCAB Foundation since April 2019 and will be taking the foundation to achieve its 2020 target to reach 5 million youth.

Susi was born in Indonesia but migrated to Singapore from age 4. She?s educated in Singapore and UK completing her Bachelor?s and Master?s in Chemistry followed by a Masters in Business Administration. She?s an alumnus of the INSEAD Global Leaders of the World Programme.
