Tajwar Hoque is the Associate Director of Development Programmes at SAJIDA Foundation. He is also involved in SAJIDA's Climate Change programme and supports health-related development projects such as mHealth and Telemedicine. Tajwar has been with SAJIDA Foundation since 2018, initially in the IT department and later leading the Business Development Unit. He recently served as the Chief Operating Officer for Home & Community Care Ltd (HCCL) for two years, successfully navigating it through the challenges of the pandemic. With a background in technology and leadership, Tajwar has six years of experience in social enterprise and non-profit work in Bangladesh. He graduated from Queen
Mary, University of London in 2015 with a degree in Computer Science and has previously worked at Goldman Sachs in Business Intelligence.
