Xueling is a principal in The Bridgespan Group’s Southeast Asia office. Based in Singapore, she is one of the founding members of the Southeast Asia office, which was launched in 2022.

Xueling joined Bridgespan because of the opportunity to work with leading philanthropists, impact investors, and nonprofits to help them use their assets to get better results for society. She has worked with nonprofits and foundations on a wide range of issues including portfolio strategy, growth and scaling, impact measurement, and organizational effectiveness. Her work spans multiple domains, with a focus on education and economic empowerment.
