Job Description

We are in search of an enthusiastic, conscientious, and organized individual who is passionate about social impact to join AVPN as a Associate for the Global Markets.  The successful candidate will work with the AVPN Global Markets director, and the AVPN Singapore HQ team on supporting and growing the AVPN membership, as well as contributing to AVPN projects that are delivered.

The AVPN Senior Markets Associate is expected to establish a strong working relationship with members and support them to achieve their ambitions to grow the social investment eco-system in the country and connect with other organizations around the region. The growth targets and development of AVPN services in the Global Markets will be a shared responsibility with the country director. The successful candidate will need to be comfortable working within a matrix organisational structure.

The role requires an effective communicator with an entrepreneurial attitude along with the ability to be comfortable working in a geographically dispersed team as well as a commitment to advocating for AVPN’s mission and vision. This role will be responsible for the membership base , requiring a strong knowledge of the country’s social investment landscape including the roles played by the government, corporations, financial institutions and private wealth holders (family offices), as well as Trusts and Foundations. This role will report to the AVPN Global Markets Director.

This role will be based out of Manila, Philippines.


  • Maintain member information on Salesforce and ensure that data on members and prospects are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Interpret and analyse data in order to identify trends and potential engagement opportunities among members and prospects.
  • Work closely with market representatives and program teams to deliver data requirements (such as internal reports, mailing lists, etc.) using Salesforce and/or Google Sheets.
  • Actively monitor members’ initiatives via social media, newsletters, and websites, and recommend next steps where appropriate.
  • Support communication-related tasks such as mass emails, website uploads, and social media posts. 
  • Support tracking progress on member engagements, event attendance, and other data points to ensure timely and consistent follow-through.
  • Manage Global Markets staff calls, book and organise agenda with Global Markets staff.
  • Assist with preparation of half-yearly Global Markets reporting.


  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, especially Google Sheets.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn Salesforce.
