Furthermore, systems and designs are not moving fast enough to transition from linear to circular systems.
With this in mind, innovation is deemed key to transitioning to a circular economy, and young innovators are essential in this equation. This added exposure would help them realise the entrepreneurial and economic opportunities available in clean innovation and the circular economy.
Hence, Circular Cities Asia plans to teach and inspire young people who will be involved in the future design of systems.
