The Regenerative Organic Valley Project

Hilltribe people can earn a good life while being at the forefront of climate adaptation, mitigation and biodiversity development through the adoption of resilient, regenerative agriculture practices. The project will research, educate and disseminate best organic agriculture practice.





 	
Hire a Farm Manager (graduate of Chiang Mai University with good English) – and Mentor by Earth University Professors
 	
Map the Valley and develop a smart farm model that will employ regenerative organic practices aided by technology (e.g. use of drones, precision farming, etc) to eliminate the use of chemicals and to sequester carbon from the atmosphere.
 	
Select harmonious crops with strong commercial potential (working model: eggs, coffee, cacao, turmeric, ginger and moringa)
 	
Support the Farm Manager with 2 assistants with potential to become future Farm Managers – plus Earth University Interns and Fellows
 	
Seek the endorsement of Village Elders to set up 3 pilot farms
