Social Value International and Efiko Academy have been working behind the scenes to update their Social Value and SROI Practitioner Course delivered by lead trainer and expert Dr Adam Richards (Director of Impact at SVI). The latest version of the course includes the recently added 8th SVI principle and a new community platform to facilitate networking opportunities.
Learn how to assess, measure and manage the social impact of any organisation or activity in line with the Principles of Social Value.
This interactive course is open for a cohort in April and May and will cover the following topics:
- Define compelling impact goals and establish a theory of change
- Identify when and how to engage stakeholders in an impact assessment
- Evaluate the materiality and quality of social and environmental outcomes with relevant impact metrics
- Compute the Social Return On Investment (SROI) of a project and use stakeholder data for strategic decisions
- Create impact reports compliant with the Principles of Social Value and grasp how to embed a culture of impact management in an organisation
