Join us at The Purpose Seminar – a prelude to Fellowship 2024, featuring distinguished speakers from Economics of Mutuality, The Purpose Business, Prosci Singapore and The Purpose Collective.
Participants can discover how purpose-led strategy and innovation can unlock mutual value-creation opportunities, to positively impact their business from Economics of Mutuality.
After lunch, we’ll offer a glimpse of the content delivered during Fellowship 2024. The Purpose Business would be taking a deeper dive into the details of what a good purpose statement is, how it materialises in companies, discuss ideas for activation of purpose, and share ways to align cultural and commercial objectives.
Participants can then choose to attend one of two teaser modules by Prosci Singapore or The Purpose Collective. Prosci Singapore would be facilitating a session on building change readiness for the participants and their organisations, as well as sharing about the who, what and why of Change Management. The Purpose Collective would be discussing how leading for Purpose is an adaptive challenge, and how Adaptive Change, requires Adaptive and Transformational Leadership.
