Established in 2005, ThinkPlace is an award-winning global strategic design and innovation consultancy with 18 years of experience, committed to moving the needle on the UN SDG’s with every project we take on. Our Singapore studio was established in 2015 and we are 15 team members strong and growing.
We are driven by our mission to have a positive impact on society, and part of our core is our dedication to embracing the lived experience of the end user within our research and design, as we work with them to design solutions that address their own determined needs. By engaging with the end user to ascertain insights of their lived experience, we work to understand the social, cultural, environmental, economic and personal, amongst many other, influences that affect behaviours. This is crucial to our understanding of the problem space, as behaviours do not occur in a vacuum. Our previous work, especially engaging with vulnerable cohorts, encapsulates the core of our business, as ThinkPlace is committed to ensuring that no harm comes to those who we engage with. We ensure this through employing ethical, empathetic and trauma-informed approaches across the entire project lifecycle.
