Community Development Services was founded in 1978 as a family planning service provider complimenting the government’s population control program. Today, CDS specializes in sexual and reproductive health, as well as HIV and AIDS. CDS is engaged in rights-based labor migration initiatives, in providing awareness and education to vulnerable female migrant workers, capacity building activities to local civil society organizations, advocacy and policy influencing with government and key stakeholders.
